Free shipping across the US

Every order ships free within the United States with our Economy service. At checkout you can also choose our faster Standard service for smaller items for a small fee. The available options and prices are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

Orders on noahandpaw.com ship to addresses within the United States only. Outside the US, many Noah & Paw pieces are available through Amazon in your country.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Foam beds and stairs

Our foam beds and stairs are compressed for shipping. After unboxing, give the foam 24 to 72 hours to fully expand before use.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email us at support@noahandpaw.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will work with the carrier for you.
