If a product is not right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and get 100% of your money back.

How to start a return

Email us at support@noahandpaw.com with your order number, or use our return and exchange request form. Once your return is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

Returns are sent to our returns center: 709 Science Drive, Moorpark, California 93021, USA. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as we cannot match packages that arrive without one.

Refunds

We will email you once your return arrives and has been checked. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the refund, please contact us at support@noahandpaw.com.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Request an exchange through the same form or by email and we will help you swap it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Send a photo and your order number to support@noahandpaw.com and we will make it right.

Orders from other stores

This policy covers orders placed on noahandpaw.com, which ship within the United States. Orders placed through Amazon or other marketplaces follow that marketplace's return policy.
