Dr. Shelby Neely is an experienced veterinarian and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She has found homes for hundreds of stray pets and is dedicated to combining her clinical expertise with a deep passion for animal wellness.
Outside of practice she enjoys a full family life with her three children, their dogs and cats, and her own two cats.
